SiteChat provides website owners with a Live Chat service allowing online chatting with website visitors and an AI chatbot that interacts with the website visitors. Users can also interact with the chatbot via a mobile app and a web app to view reports and change settings.
a. As a user of SiteChat, you are responsible for the content of the chats, whether from your agents or your website visitors. You agree to use the system at your own risk.
b. You must not use SiteChat for criminal purposes.
c. SiteChat must not be used for anything offensive, obscene, defamatory, libellous, pirated, racist or anything which breaks copyright or trademark law.
d. SiteChat must not be used for so called 'Adult' websites or any website involved with pornography or sex toys.
e. You agree that you are responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.
Due to the nature of AI, SiteChat has no real control over what the AI chatbot says. SiteChat is not responsible for any content generated by the AI or for any content of the chats, whether from the agents or the website visitors.
SiteChat does not guarantee any specific level of uptime. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of business, loss of income, or any financial loss, however caused, due to downtime or any other issues with the service.
In no event shall SiteChat be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of SiteChat after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
